I trust you had a great summer and are looking forward to an equally great Autumn.
As you may (or may not know), I launched two new weekly classes at the start of September at Hedley Hall, near Twerton in Bath. I’m pleased to report that they’re both going well.
Also, last month marked one year since the start of Chakra Balancing Yoga course which is itself cause to celebrate, along with all the wonderful yogis that have been diligently attending these uniquely themed classes. I’d say it’s time for a classes-update and even raise a glass or two!
I also want your views on future online classes, so please make sure you read the last section. Thank you.

What’s new?
There’s been a few changes to my yoga timetable in the last few weeks. I no longer teach at Bath Spa hotel on Fridays. It’s been amazing to get to know the lovely customers over the last 2.5 years. Although I’m not so good with goodbyes, I accept they are a part of life. Hey-ho. On a more positive note, some have now found me at my classes in Twerton and Oldfield Park – how fabulous! Thank you for coming.
On my recently updated timetable, there is a Vinyasa Flow class on Tuesdays at 6.15pm in Twerton, close to Oldfield Park. I love seeing both new and familiar faces at these classes! The two introductory offers for September, offering up to a whopping 50% off, are still on. Sale ends on 30 September so grab your discounts while you can! P.S. You can use your credits in October – but only for classes you have not attended before.
I have also started teaching Yin Yoga on Fridays at two different locations! These are one-hour classes to stretch the body and restore prana (life force energy) at 9.15am at Bath Sports and Leisure Centre, and later at 5.30pm at Hedley Hall (Twerton). The latter is one of the two new independent classes that I personally manage. We are now building up a lovely group. You are welcome to join us.

Happy Anniversary!
The seven week Chakra Balancing Yoga course is now one year old – which I am pleasantly surprised with and thrilled about. I was also humbled to receive 5-star reviews on Google. Here is the latest from Sally (thanks so much Sally):
“A chakra balancing class is an hour when it’s all about me. Sossi takes me on a journey where my mind and body merge. I have to work at it and can’t do everything but that’s never a problem. Age and ability doesn’t matter. If you want to feel stronger and happier give it a go.”
Thanks to all yogis who’ve been coming to these classes, the amazing positive energy that you bring and your continued support to keep the course running for over a year. I appreciate you!
We are now halfway through the current course. At our next class on Thursday 25 September, we will unblock and balance the throat chakra, centre of communication, speaking your truth and inevitably encouraging others to do the same. We have spaces so please join us if you’d like to experience Chakra Yoga.

Christmas & New Year Break
Note that the next Chakra Yoga course starting 23 October and ending 4th December will be the last one this year (bookings are open). The festive season is a tricky time to pull people away from the comfort and warmth of the home environment, not to mention all the guilt-free mince pies, mulled wine and good old board games! Hence the next course will kick off promptly at 6pm on Thursday 8 January 2026 with the Root Chakra. Don’t miss it! Pencil it now in your calendar.
I expect to be away from mid-December so all classes will be on pause until the second week of January 2026. If you have credits that you want to use up, feel free to join me at any class on a Tuesday or a Friday. Any issues, just get back to me. More than happy to help.

Online Courses and Classes
I am planning to have more online presence in 2026 mainly to reach out to customers who are not based in Bath. I met a lot of beautiful souls during my travels in 2018 and 2019 and it would be good to see them again. Online is also a fantastic option for people who prefer to practice at home due to privacy or convenience. This may include a weekly, live, online class (vinyasa flow); recordings of classes available on demand (due to several requests), and a stand-alone yoga philosophy course (based on the last in-person Immersion Yoga course that I run in Bath).
Whilst I develop these new exciting projects, I would really appreciate your inputs, so I have just five questions to ask you. This survey will take less than one minute of your time. Please could you kindly complete it by end of the month?
Click here to send me your thoughts – start the survey.
Thank you so much! That’s all the update for today. As ever, it would be wonderful to hear from you with any questions or comments. I will keep the comment section open for a few days (I’ve been a target of spams through these comment boxes so I’m closing all of them, unfortunately.) You can also contact me via my website.
