As you may (or may not know), I launched two new weekly classes at the start of September at Hedley Hall, near Twerton in Bath. I’m pleased to report that they’re both going well.
I trust you had a good Easter break, maybe precious time with family and / or some ‘me-time’.
There’s nothing like practicing yoga in the outdoors, standing amongst the graceful and beautiful trees, breathing fresh air, gazing at the blue sky and listening to the birds sing. Well, we have a chance to do just that very soon as summer 2025 is fast approaching!
