Thanks to all the 22 beautiful souls who turned up to our yoga day on Saturday 13 June with so much energy and eagerness! It was wonderful to see you all walking over with your rolled up mats in Sydney Gardens. The weather did not disappoint either. We practised our sun salutations under the glorious sun, just as it was meant to be.
I have put together this video (below) of your final stretches and relaxation. (For information, I asked for consent before taking videos – thanks for your consent. No faces are visible on the video.) Hope you like it, and hope that you will join me again next year!
Here is the dedicated page for International Day of Yoga on my website, for any interest.
In other news, the 12th instalment of Chakra Balancing Yoga Flow course commenced last Thursday 25 June with a small group. We had a lovely session focussed on the root chakra. We still have some spaces left, so if you would like to join us for the next few sessions, simply head over to the booking site.
Chakra Balancing Yoga on Thursdays
If Thursdays are difficult for you, I also teach vinyasa on Tuesdays at Hedley Hall near Twerton. Beginners are welcome and parking is free from 6pm. (Classes start at 6.15)

Have a good week and weekend ahead!
