Yoga in Sanskrit means union – a union of mind and body. It’s great for destressing, strength, balance and flexibility. I offer private vinyasa flow or yin yoga classes at your home, with your family or friends. I also teach teams at the workplace. There are numerous health benefits to practicing mindfulness – helping you sleep better, reduce stress, improve heart conditions, gain greater awareness and generally feel more positive about life. I teach different meditation techniques to help you achieve the state of mindfulness. I have experience of teaching individuals and groups including at the workplace.
