Welcome newbies!
Firstly welcome to all new subscribers! Thank you so much for subscribing and letting me share my passion, which is all things yoga, with you.
I write on various yoga topics, approximately once a month, with the hope that my writings help readers appreciate the goal of yoga through asana and meditation practice, and heighten their interest in this ancient discipline designed to bring about enlightenment. Personally, I see yoga as a tool for personal development and therapy for the mind, body and soul.
Welcome to my little corner in the world wide web! If you enjoy my blogs, please share them with friends and family.
Please note that due to consistent spamming, I’ve turned off comments on all my blogs but you can email me directly from my website with any comments or questions you may have.

International Yoga Day in Bath – Yoga in the Park!
To all those in Bath and surrounding area, this is your invitation to join me at a rejuvenating vinyasa flow class on Saturday 13 June at 4-5pm at Sydney Gardens to mark International Day of Yoga. Yoga Day is actually on 21st June, but I’m not available then. So, as long as the weather is amiable, we’ll celebrate it on the 13th instead. Some of you came along last year, on a beautiful sunny day in the park, and I look forward to seeing you again this year. Same spot!
The more the merrier! Please forward this invite to your friends and family members. The class is suitable for all levels.
Our park yoga session is free; or you can pay what you want. You can also pay with one of your credits if you’re a regular at my Tuesday or Thursday classes in Oldfield Park / Twerton. Your choice. I am just happy to celebrate yoga with you!
Here is the dedicated web page for more information, updates and bookings (optional), which you can keep an eye on in case the date is changed due to rain.

A Relaunch of Immersion Online Yoga Philosophy Course!
I am pleased to offer you a new and improved version of my yoga philosophy course, particularly focused on The Eight Limbs of Yoga, following constructive feedback from customers. I have now expanded the information on Yamas and Niyamas, and uploaded the updated videos on my usual platform, Momence. I think that, in general, these presentations offer a succinct and measured perspective of the aims of yoga that most people can relate to, since the standards and values expressed therein are not too dissimilar from our current societal ethics and spiritual ideologies.
Why not watch the free 8 minute introduction and if it appeals, get the course which you can keep for 30 days. It’s only £10 (or £5 for regular customers – ask me for your promo code). I am keen to make this information available to everyone interested in yoga in general, and in particular to those currently practicing with me at various locations in Bath. These presentations could very well answer any questions you may have on why we do things in certain ways.
After you’ve completed this short course, I would be ever so grateful if you could send me your genuine feedback and review. Links are provided in the last presentation. Thanks in advance!

What Yoga Has Taught Me
Whilst revisiting yoga philosophy for the online course that I put together (described above), I found myself objectively analysing the vast changes I have gone through since becoming a yoga teacher almost nine years ago. I am planning to document my yoga journey in a future blog which I hope will make a good, and ideally relatable, reading. I already have ideas on what to cover in this blog, but if you have any questions in relation to this topic, please do let me know and I’ll consider adding it to the blog. No promises though! 😊 This will be one of the rare events where I actually talk about myself, which makes me feel slightly edgy, but it’s probably the right time for self-reflection, and reviewing lessons learned, so far.
Stay tuned!
That’s all for today. I’d love to hear back from you with any comments or questions. Simply click on the above image!
Namaste,
Sossi
