In this 7-week course, we practice chakra themed yoga flow which includes powerful yoga poses and sequences, mindfulness meditation, yogic breathing techniques, mudras and mantra chanting.
Our last course (January – February) which we just completed, was fully booked; and the next one (March – April) is now half-full.
