Hello dear subscriber,
Long time no blog. I offer my sincere apologies for not blogging for some time. I was kept busy by a series of events in my personal life which I won’t get into and bore you endlessly.
But I would like to mention that I’m reaching a special milestone in my yoga courses. This coming Thursday, 26th September, will mark the end of the first 7-week Chakra Balancing Yoga Course. I am totally enjoying these chakra-themed classes, as are my customers. This Thursday, we wrap up the course with crown chakra activation, moon salutation and asanas that help further open up this chakra. The crown chakra, or Sahasrara, is located at the crown of the head. It represents our spiritual connection to our higher selves and the Divine or the Universe.
If you’re in Bath, we’d love to have you at this class. We will also have fun with a photo shoot and drinks at the local pub (if interested)! Book your spot now.
I’m also excited to announce that the next Chakra Balancing Yoga course will start on Thursday 10 October with the root chakra and run until 21st November. This will be the last course in 2024! And bookings are already open. Whether you’ve been to any of my classes or courses before, I’m sure you will benefit from this course designed not only to energise the body but also to ground and heal from inside out. We will practice sun and moon salutations, mindfulness, yogic breathing (pranayama), Trataka (candle gazing), balance poses including arm balances, inversions, mudras (hand gestures) and of course full chakra activation – one at a time.
So go ahead and book your spot now. You can book on the whole course, or get a great value 5, or, 3 class-pass. I look forward to starting a new journey with you in Oldfield Park, Bath, on 10 October!
If you have any questions, please post them below or email me from my website.
Finally, if you’ve ever practiced yoga with me and haven’t given me a review yet, please would you consider doing so on Google or on my website? This will be extremely helpful and I thank you in advance.
Namaste,
Sossi
