Who should attend
Our immersion yoga course is suitable for individuals with experience of sun salutations or vinyasa flow. If you are a beginner, or have health conditions or injuries, I would like to invite you to a chat to establish if the classes are suitable for you. Please send a message via my website or book a slot in my calendar.
If you want to progress further in your yoga journey through a good understanding of yoga principles and goals, whilst staying fit and active, this course is for you. I would recommend attending the full 6-week course as we progress week by week both in terms of practice and theory, but you are also welcome to pay-as-you-go, or try out the first class before signing up. It’s a flexible plan, so entirely up to you.

Where we practice
We have a spacious, clean and homely place with wall mirrors at Hillside Road, Oldfield Park. There is limited free parking on the premises and also on the roadside.

When the course starts and ends
Our 6-week course started on Thursday 27 June and ended on 1st August. Subscribe to my blog to stay informed about future classes. Classes are 1-hour long.
You are welcome to join us on pay-as-you-go basis if you choose to do so. See ‘how to book’ section for more information.
As places are limited (maximum 8), you might want to reserve your place as soon as possible. People booked on the course take priority.
What to expect from the course
Please be aware that we spend 50% of the time on theory, chakras and yogic breathing, and 50% on asana practice.
For our theory studies, we have a brief online workbook that we refer to every week, which is only available to participants booked on the course or single classes.
Remember, group classes are great ways to meet likeminded people in your city. If the group is up for it, we could have socials after class. Of course, this is totally optional. You are also welcome to join our Facebook group, Yoga & Meditation in Bath, as it’s sometimes quicker to communicate online – if you are already on Facebook.

Health screening form
I will email you a health screening form to complete and return to me in advance of your first class.
Equipment
Yoga mats, blocks, blankets and straps are provided for all those who have booked in advance. However, you are welcome to bring your own equipment if you wish. Please wear stretchy clothes and bring a bottle of water with you.
How to book your place
Our 6-week course is now closed. You can join our Chakra Balancing Yoga course instead. You are welcome to join any class on pay-as-you-go basis. Single classes can be booked on either Eventbrite or Momence.

My name is Sossi. I live in Bath. I have experience of teaching yoga and meditation to groups and individuals in three countries since 2017. I am a Yoga Alliance certified teacher of vinyasa flow, yin yoga and pranayama (yogic breathing) and have a prenatal and postnatal yoga instructor qualification from World Yoga Alliance.

The small print
These new uniquely themed courses are offered to you at a highly competitive rate. If you require a refund, please make a request at least 48 hours before the course starts (if you booked on the course) or the class starts (if you are on pay-as-you-go). When you sign up for the 6-week course, you receive 6 credits to book on the 6 classes. These credits are only valid for that particular course, which means they are non-transferrable.
