Hello Wellness Practitioners! Hope you are keeping well.
I would like to update you on the yoga workshop I facilitated on Sunday 12 February in Batheaston. It was a beautiful day with four lovely ladies and 2.5 hours of blissful meditation, philosophy, mantras and yoga asanas. The venue was just perfect too – as you can see on the pictures.
Here is Judy’s full review:
“I really enjoyed and learnt a lot from Sossi’s 2.5hr workshop. The session had an excellent balance of yoga philosophy and practice. It was very well organized and covered a lot of ground in the time, which seemed to go very quickly. Venue was great and equipment provided. The herbal refreshments and little welcome pouch were nice touches, too. I would certainly recommend the experience to anyone interested in getting a more holistic understanding of yoga practice.”
Thank you so much Judy. It was an absolute pleasure to practice with you and everyone.
Our next ‘theory & practice’ workshop will be on Sunday 16 April 2023 at Batheaston New Village Hall. Following that, I will hold “18 Sun Salutations on the 18th” challenge session on Sunday 18 June as part of International Day of Yoga (usually observed on 21st June which is a Wednesday) at the same venue.
There may be a follow-up challenge session in a local Bath park on Sunday 25 June for a bigger group. For information, it is customary to practice 108 sun salutations on summer solstice (but we’ll do just 18!!). If you’d like to come to any of these workshops and celebrate International Day of Yoga with me, please send your expression of interest. Alternatively, subscribe to my blog to receive confirmation.
Below are a couple of photos from Sunday’s workshop in Batheaston – published with thanks to the lovely yogis.

P.S. Why we practice 108 sun salutations on International Day of Yoga.
P.S. Kindly leave a review if you haven’t yet sent me one on yoga or meditation. Thank you!
Have a wonderful day!
