Wellbeing Survey

Happy Monday!

As part of my yoga and coaching offer, I am taking a little time out to reflect on what wellbeing means for women around the country. I launched a small-scale survey this week which I’m conducting live on Zoom and as a written online survey. The results will help me align my offer better with what may be key and missing in the market.

I am writing to ask if you would be willing to have a 10-minute informal chat with me on Zoom about your current and ideal fitness and wellbeing routine. If you are a woman and have any level of interest in keeping fit and healthy through yoga and meditation – even if this is something that crossed your mind at some point, I’d love to speak to you!

The survey is in two parts – what’s happening now and what would you like to happen in the short to long-term. Some of my questions are easy multiple choice questions and some are open-ended that could potentially inspire you to reflect on your wellbeing regime as well. My preference is to have a nice cosy chat on Zoom with tea and cake (real or virtual!), but you can also choose to do it online in your own time. In return I’d be happy to offer you a free group Zoom yoga or meditation class, or both.

You can rest assured that by participating in the survey, you are not committing to purchase anything now or in the future. And I will not share your personal details with anyone. That’s a promise.

Finally, I would like to add that this is very important to me – so I hope you are able to give it some thought and help me out.  I have already found four lovely ladies (thank you so much if you’re reading this!) which means I’m now looking for just six more women living in the UK to complete my survey.
