Hope this blog finds you well. I have some updates for you today, which may be of interest whether you are in Bath, or somewhere in our beautiful world.

Vinyasa Flow on Thursdays
August 2026 marked exactly two years since I started a rolling 7-week Chakra Balancing Yoga Flow at Hillside Hall in Oldfield Park.
After 2 years, 12 successful courses, 82 classes, and 50 customers, we wrapped up the course this Autumn. What an amazing journey it has been. Many many thanks to all 50 customers who attended these classes, some of whom were there at the beginning and are still here with me now. You are all hugely appreciated. I learn from you just as much as you learn from me. What an adventure it’s been!
In September, we started vinyasa flow yoga in place of these chakra classes, at the same time and venue. This is also the style of yoga I teach elsewhere in Bath. If you haven’t tried it yet, you are welcome to join us any Thursday on pay-as-you-go basis. Classes are themed around yoga benefits such as hip and/or chest openers, joints, balance, core strength etc. I would say a certain level of fitness is required, but it is not necessary to have any prior yoga experience.

Vinyasa Flow on Tuesdays
Great news! For my birthday month, October, I have two special offers for Tuesday evening classes – both for existing and new customers. With promo code OCTOBER, you can get 20% off a single class (down to £9.60). Alternatively, you can grab a special 2-class pass for £16, at £8 per class. You can also share the latter with a friend or family member. These offers are active now, to include 29 September, as I’m away on one of the Tuesdays in October. The class-pass is valid for 1 month from first use.
Please contact me if you have any questions on the above.
Book on a single class now with promo code OCTOBER.
Here is the link to the new 2 class-pass.
Class-passes
The number of class-passes has grown recently. We now have a new 12 class-pass that offers a great discount. One of the best things about class-passes is that they allow you to skip a week or more if you’re unable to attend weekly.
A 3 class-pass expires in 1 month from first use (£11 per class)
A 5 class-pass expires in 2 months from first use (£10 per class)
An 8 class-pass expires in 3 months from first use (£9 per class)
A 12 class-pass expires in 4 months from first use (£8 per class)
There are also two monthly subscriptions that offer great discounts. These renew every 28 days, which means they are suitable for yogis committed to weekly attendance.
Another benefit is that you can give a friend or family member a 50% discount code for one class (someone who has never been to these classes). In addition, if you are booked in for a class but are unable to attend and/or unable to move to a different date, you can gift your credit to a friend or family member (not necessarily someone new to the classes).
Here are all the class passes and monthly subscriptions.
Yoga Philosophy Course Launch Offer Ends December
Some of you may remember that I launched an online yoga philosophy course back in December 25 / January 26. That’s because I strongly believe that understanding the basic principles of yoga lays an important foundation for regular yoga practitioners. It helps to appreciate why we do what we do in asana (postures) classes. The course is only focussed on The Eight Limbs of Yoga, part of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. So it’s a relatively short course consisting of ten 6-16 minute videos that you can watch in your own time, within 30 days.
Since the launch, I received encouraging feedback from customers who have taken the course. I would like to encourage others to also do the course whilst we still have the special offer (£5 for current or past customers with a promo code, or £10 for new customers). This offer will end after December this year, after a 1 year introductory offer. It would be helpful to have your feedback too, after you’ve completed the course.
Watch the free introductory video.
That’s all for today! Hope some or all of this was useful. Have a lovely week ahead.
If you have any comments, email me back or use the website form (click here).
Namaste,
Sossi
