This month, I’m offering three people on Practice Wellness (Facebook group) and YogaTrail, online or telephone coaching sessions, with follow up emails to check on progress, all on pro bono basis. Sessions are one-hour long and completely free, usually priced at £50 per session, with no conditions attached.
Everyone – and that includes me – is going through unimaginably different and difficult times due to the current global pandemic. The world as we know it has changed and our daily routines have dramatically changed along with it, quite unexpectedly. Every part of our lives has been touched one way or another. And so, we must adapt, rather quickly. To say that this is a big ask for anyone is an understatement.

As a qualified coach, I have skills and tools that can help enhance self-awareness, self-esteem and self-confidence to deal with these new and sudden changes. Coaching could be helpful if you are prepared to set some time aside to review your future plans and identify possible blocks with someone who is impartial, non-judgemental and has your best interest at heart. As your coach, I offer a safe environment to discuss any topic you wish as long as you are open to coaching – and goal-setting – since this is one of the key characteristics that sets coaching apart from counseling.
I uphold the four coaching principles:
- Non-directive – you set the agenda – you’re in the driving seat!
- Non-judgemental – no bias, no side comments, no advice and absolutely no comparisons – you are unique
- The client is creative – you have all the potentials within – my job is to help you realise them using specifically tailored coaching tools
- Confidentiality – all coaching communication is strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone else

I may suggest a quick get-to-know you chat or send you a couple of questions via email in advance of the coaching session, so I can understand your coaching topic.
