Here, you can book private yoga classes at your home, with your family or friends. I also teach teams at the workplace. I am currently teaching regular classes at various studios in Bath.
Private one-to-one yoga classes
Thinking of taking up a private yoga class but can’t decide if it’s really for you? Simply book a free 30-minute consultation through Momence or get in touch via my contact page and we can discuss your yoga goals and any requirements you may have.
Why should you be interested in private one-to-one yoga classes? One of the most important benefits is that the sequences will be tailored to your goals whatever level you’re at, helping you progress faster than you would at a gym studio. Please read my blog which fleshes out a few more benefits.
You can also read more about me and my experience on the ‘About’ page.
If you’re ready to book, you can choose a single class (55% off on a trial) or a 3, 5 or 10 class-pass. The class-passes offer significant discounts. You can also select your preferred location, i.e. online via a video link, somewhere in central Bath or elsewhere in Somerset. This can be your home, office or local park (when weather permits). Have a look at the table below.
I teach dynamic vinyasa flow, yin yoga, pranayama and meditation (see types of yoga page). If possible, please bring your own equipment – yoga mat as a minimum, and if you have a block and a strap, please bring those as well. If you don’t have yoga mats or straps, please let me know and so I can bring some with me.
Prenatal and postnatal private yoga classes
Are you expecting a baby or have you recently had one? It is a well-known fact that yoga can help with labour by opening the hips and increasing overall flexibility. It also provides techniques to relieve stress and pain through mindfulness and yogic breathing. What’s more, yoga can help towards your overall efforts to stay fit and healthy during your pregnancy as it improves muscle strength and agility.
If you recently had a baby, you can regain your strength, body shape and muscle tone with a regular yoga practice. Yoga is also known to ease symptoms of postnatal depression as it relaxes the body and helps clear the mind.
I am fully qualified in both prenatal and postnatal yoga and it would be my honour to offer you a trial class either online or in-person. Interested? Learn more below on how to book a free 30-minute telephone or online consultation, and how to book your class.

Yoga for athletes and gym goers
If you’re an athlete or a gym goer, you would benefit from practicing yoga on a regular basis. A lot of research has been done that supports the benefits of yoga for athletes both on mental and physical levels. For example, it can help relieve stress, encourage relaxation, and support healthy sleep patterns. These are must-haves for athletes who are prone to overexertion. Equally important are benefits you get for your flexibility, balance, and coordination, all of which will enhance your athletic performance.
One of the types of yoga I teach is yin yoga which involves holding poses for longer, for example 3-6 minutes. Yin targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments in the body. It also focuses on stretching and stimulating different acupressure points from traditional Chinese medicine. I highly recommend yin yoga for athletes and gym goers which will enable you to see real difference in your mobility. Why not book a free 30-minute consultation via Momence or get in touch via my contact page?
Yoga for office workers
Office workers who usually spend hours slouched in a chair straining the neck to look at a screen would greatly benefit from yoga. The office chair does not provide a natural position for our bodies to be in. Yoga can help combat this with gentle movements to relieve stiff joints and muscles. It also helps to release endorphins which make you feel good about yourself. I have a special offer for local businesses – your first team yoga class is completely FREE! Book a free 30-minute consultation via Momence or get in touch via my contact page.
Yoga with family & friends
If you are interested in a group class with your family or friends including for hen nights, please book a free 30-minute consultation via Momence or get in touch via my contact page to discuss your requirements, venue, date, times and rates (as they are different to one-to-one classes).
Alternatively, why not join one of my regular classes in Bath? See timetable below.
