Workshop for a Small Group: Deep Dive into Yoga

I would like to invite you to a 2.5 hour workshop on Sunday 30 October when we will dive deep into yoga. We will learn and practice chakra activation, grounding, meditation, yogic breathing (pranayama) and of course practice some of our favourite poses. For those of you who are able to stay another half hour, we will learn popular yoga chants so as to end the workshop on a high note! We have only 8 spaces available.
