I really enjoyed and learnt a lot from Sossi’s 2.5hr workshop. The session had an excellent balance of yoga philosophy and practice. It was very well organized and covered a lot of ground in the time, which seemed to go very quickly. Venue was great and equipment provided. The herbal refreshments and little welcome pouch were nice touches, too. I would certainly recommend the experience to anyone interested in getting a more holistic understanding of yoga practice.

A really lovely and relaxing Sunday afternoon workshop, which I highly recommend. The session was extremely well organised with all equipment and refreshments provided in a beautiful venue. It gave an insight into both Yin and Vinyasa Yoga, as well as the philosophy behind it, which has inspired me to want to learn more. Sossi is very professional and knowledgeable and I love her classes.

I have attended 2 classes with Sossi. Both classes were very enjoyable with lovely stretches that have helped with my back pain. I would recommend Sossi’s classes.

I recently booked with Sossi for a family class, five members with very different yoga practice, from complete beginners to somehow regular practitioners.
As we entered the amazing venue she had reserved, a beautiful warm room in wood and stone, we found all setup: mats, blocks, candles, music…
The class was adapted to the feelings and disposition of everyone, challenging, fun and constructive with precise personal instructions when required.
In the end, after what seemed a winkle of an eye, expectations were greatly surpassed and all of us are just willing for the next one.

Sossi is just the best. I spent the last year or so attending her vinyasa/yin classes at my local gym and I’d never stuck to yoga until being taught by her. Her teaching style is laid back but thorough and I feel I made so much progress with my flexibility, strength and confidence as a result. Sadly I’ve moved and will no longer be able to attend Sossi’s classes. Thank you again!

I attend Sossi’s yin yoga class and out of various classes I go to in the course of a week along with drugs for my inflammatory arthritis, I can honestly say nothing calms my inflammation down (visibly on hands and feet) like that 1 hour class on Sunday mornings.It amazes me every time.

This was the second afternoon workshop that I did with Sossi, and I enjoyed it just as much as the first one. The venue is ideal, and the room was set up in a way that created a welcoming and tranquil atmosphere. I appreciate the way in which Sossi is able to share her knowledge about the more philosophical aspects of yoga in a very clear and encouraging way. The workshop had an excellent balance of listening, doing and thinking, and Sossi made it feel personal to participants with different levels of yoga practice. Afterwards I left feeling energised and refreshed. The event was extremely well organised, and the follow-up websites are also useful and interesting.

I’ve been going to classes with sossi at bath for quite some time on Wednesdays and Sundays your depth of knowledge how you teach and the lovely atmosphere in your yoga classes are wonderfull I’ve practiced yoga for a long time in many places to have found and practice yoga with you Sossi is wonderful

I’ve been attending Sossi’s yoga classes every weekend and they are the highlight of my week! The Vinyasa classes leave me feeling energized, while the Yin sessions help me enter a deep state of relaxation. It’s a great practice to ease my shoulder pain. Would highly recommend!

I was persuaded 6 months ago to give yoga a go by my girlfriend, as a fifty plus man I’d had zero experience of yoga before then, at the time of starting I had all sorts injury niggles I’d accumulated through the years, (back, shoulder etc etc) somewhat incredibly since starting Sossi’s class ( I go 3 times a week) they’ve all but gone, apart from the physical improvements the most noticeable difference is the improvement in my mental stability, as a single dad of six kids I’ve since realized I’d never really had the tools to give myself ‘mental space’ the improvement in my ability to deal with the everyday trials and tribulations of family life have been life changing.

Yoga classes with Sossi are unlike any others in Bath, the physical and mental benefits I have received from her classes are undeniable. As a professionally trained dancer and qualified yoga teacher myself, I recognise Sossi’s care & skill in teaching to mixed abilities. Have absolutely loved the pregnancy yoga course with Sossi. Unlike some other prenatal classes, this feels like proper yoga, like you are actually getting a proper yoga session in and I always feel amazing after. And the music is amazingly relaxing throughout, very zen. Will definitely be signing up for another course, before baby arrives!

Sossi’s classes are a wonderful mix of breathing exercises, yoga asanas and relaxation. The classes are really varied, and she caters to every level of experience. Sossi has such a lovely spirit and energy, she’s an extremely experienced teacher and her classes are welcoming and fun. I’ve also been to her Mindfulness classes and would highly recommend them too! Sossi’s class has helped me keep my mind and body strong through pregnancy and it’s great that it is tailored for our bodies. The breathing in particular has been really great help. It’s an absolute pleasure to be part of her class and I hope to continue her yoga classes after the birth.
