Hello stranger! 😉
Well well… it’s been a while since I connected with you, hasn’t it? Time really flies.
I am sure you agree that there is no need to point out the obvious – just how strange and almost unrecognisable our lives have become in a matter of few months. But hey, let’s not spend any more time on doom and gloom. I do sincerely hope though that you’ve been keeping well physically, mentally and emotionally, and that you’ve managed to find some time and energy for daily yoga and meditation. It is now more important than ever to look after ourselves properly.
I recently made a decision to focus more on yoga and less on the day job and have therefore taken on more classes in Bath. This means I am also available for more private classes whether in person or on Zoom and happy to arrange regular times if you’re interested. Below is what my yoga schedule looks like now. All classes are one hour long.
Wednesdays, 6.15pm, Vinyasa Flow at Bath Better Sports & Leisure Centre (Start date to be confirmed)
Saturdays, 9.15am, Yin Yoga at Culverhay Better Sports Centre (Starting September 2022)
Saturdays, 11.15am, Vinyasa Flow at Bath Better Sports & Leisure Centre
Sundays, 10.15am, Gentle Yoga for Juniors (11-15yo) at Bath Better Sports & Leisure Centre
Sundays, 11.15am, Yin Yoga at Bath Better Sports & Leisure Centre
I will add more classes to this list. I am also considering arranging a half-day yoga and meditation workshop for beginners and intermediates and my own regular weekly classes in central Bath (church hall or yoga studio). Again if you are interested and have preferences in terms of dates and times, I’d love to hear from you!
